Our Story
Hi-Tek Communications began working in the wireless industry in 2003, during an era when Nextel phones, early digital networks and basic mobile devices were part of everyday life.
Over the years, we've worked with changing cellular technologies, carriers and devices as the industry evolved through 3G, 4G LTE and today's 5G networks.
Our experience has grown alongside the technology, including years of work with mobile devices, phone repairs and laptop computers.

Today, Berkeley Phone Repair by Hi-Tek Communications helps customers with a range of device repair needs, including iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, Google Pixel phones, tablets and laptops.
Our services include screen repairs, battery replacements, charging and power-related troubleshooting, and selected computer software services.
